Later in the day we had a Cogent talk that surrounded under the subject Leadership and Loyalty done by a board member Mr Ken Omondi.The boys were out to a mindset polish that increased their scope in how they conduct themselves outside football pitch.

We will keep on doing the right thing until it's done.we'll expose talents beyond the horizon and Kariobangi will be the herb.

We played Kanyaluo United as part of our plans to strengthen our squad and deep player understanding amongst them.

We won 2:0 courtesy of Muzombo and Babu the Kawaida representative.

The Camp is full of positivity and unmatched energy where everyone wants to get involved in the building of our team as they get a chance to represent the badge.

We played MOFA in an explosive showdown.This sessions explores our minds and gives the team a clear image of where we are at the moment and where we are aiming to.

Suffered a four-one defeat but much lessons learnt and a good indicator of progress witnessed.We will keep doing whatever we can to ensure talent is exposed and promoted to higher heights.

We Intensify training with a collected collective goal before us.The sweat,energy,time and dedication from the boys will pay someday.

PRE-SEASON (WEEK V) DAY 1

We extended our Preseason camp to Homabay County where we will use the ambience to create and build our Chemistry.

The energy is boiling and the Badge keeps growing Stronger. We only have one Objective.

Today the club held a special prayer session seeking God’s guidance, protection, unity, wisdom, and success in the coming long journey ahead.We were hosted by SDA Makongeni church at Huruma Girls School.

As Kariobangi Legends FC, we believe that God is the ultimate Controller and we move through faith, unity, discipline, and hard work as key foundations for achieving our goals both on and off the pitch.
