President Ruto promoted David Kipkemboi Ketter to be Kenya Army commander, traditionally in KDF, the Chief of Defence Forces is rotational amongst Kenya Army, Kenya Airforce and Nevy, the current CDF is expected to retire any time from now, it's the turn for Kenya Army and my guess is as good as mine who will be appointed.

The current INSPECTOR General also expected to retire, the appointment of new GSU Commandant Kiplangat Tonui from KWS is a plan to elevate him as Inspector General of Police after the current Deputy Inspector General Eliud Langat involved in so many corruption and criminal allegations. In short, Security sector in Kenya will be headed by people from one community
