How To Choose A Strong SACCO ➖ Before You Trust It With Your Money!

A SACCO announcing a 20% dividend can easily excite you.

But before moving your money, ask one question:

👉 What Is Supporting That Dividend?

Because a high dividend does not automatically mean the SACCO is financially strong.

Sometimes, it may simply be an attractive number hiding serious weaknesses underneath.

Here is what you must examine:

1️⃣ Regulatory Status

Confirm that the SACCO appears on SASRA’s current list of licensed or authorised SACCOs where applicable.

Do not rely on logos, advertisements or verbal promises.

Verify.

2️⃣ Audited Financial Statements

Ask for at least three to five years of audited accounts.

Look at whether:

➖ Assets are growing sustainably.

➖ Member deposits are increasing.

➖ Surpluses are consistent.

➖ Capital reserves are strengthening.

➖ Auditors have raised serious concerns.

One impressive year proves very little.

3️⃣ Loan Quality

A SACCO earns much of its income by lending to members.

Therefore, rising loan defaults can damage liquidity, profitability and future payouts.

Do not only ask how much the SACCO has lent.

Ask how much is being repaid.

4️⃣ Liquidity

A SACCO may appear profitable on paper but still struggle to meet withdrawals and loan requests.

Delayed refunds and unexplained payment restrictions are warning signs.

5️⃣ Corporate Governance

Investigate the board and management.

Watch for:

🚩 Frequent leadership battles.

🚩 Unexplained resignations.

🚩 Related-party transactions.

🚩 Fraud allegations.

🚩 Poor communication.

🚩 Repeated regulatory concerns.

6️⃣ Dividend Sustainability

Compare dividends with actual earnings and reserves.

A sustainable SACCO balances member payouts with retaining enough capital for growth and stability.

Do not choose a SACCO merely because it paid the highest dividend last year.

👉 Choose one that still has the financial strength to serve you ten years from now.

High dividends may attract you.

Strong governance, healthy loans, adequate liquidity and sustainable profits should keep you there.

Create a Ksh 40 Million Inheritance Asset, Debt-Free, for Just Ksh 34,343 a Month for 15 Years.

Build A Ksh 35 Million Generational Asset ➖ For Just Ksh 30,659 Monthly For 15 Years!

This looks like magic!

I know.

You have probably opened your compound interest calculator, and the math is not mathing.

And I haven’t even told you all the benefits yet.

Let me share Derrick’s story.

Derrick, 41, dropped me a WhatsApp message:

“Alex, I want to create an inheritance asset for my family without taking a loan.”

My eyes lit up.

“Derrick, I’ve got you.”

Here is what I structured for him:

📌 Solution: Whole Life Inheritance Asset

📌 Guaranteed Inheritance: Ksh 35M

📌 Critical Illness Cover: Ksh 7M

📌 Accidental Disability Cover: Ksh 5M

📌 Premium Payment Period: 15 Years

📌 Monthly Commitment: Ksh 30,659

📌 Annual Bonus: 2.5% of Sum Assured = Ksh 875,000*

Now, understand this clearly.

The Ksh 35M inheritance plus applicable bonuses are not for Derrick.

They are deliberately created for his beneficiaries and become payable upon his death.

Derrick commits Ksh 30,659 monthly for 15 years.

After that?

👉 The Whole Life Cover remains active for life.

He can continue building his wealth and enjoying life knowing he has deliberately created an inheritance asset for his family.

If he passes away, his children don't have to start life from zero.

There is money deliberately set aside to help protect their lifestyle, education and financial future.

But Derrick doesn't walk away empty-handed either.

He also enjoys Critical Illness and Total & Permanent Disability protection up to age 65.

These are what we call living benefits.

They help cushion the financial shock and income disruption that can come with catastrophic illness or disability.

Now, you may be wondering:

👉 “Alex, isn't this insurance? Why are you calling it an investment?”

Yes. It is Whole Life Insurance.

But think about it differently.

What else allows you to commit a manageable amount of money, receive immediate financial protection, and simultaneously create a guaranteed inheritance for your beneficiaries?

That Is Money Strategically Deployed With A Purpose.

And that is why Whole Life deserves a place in serious generational wealth planning.

I have prepared a schedule showing how much you may need, based on your age, to create your own guaranteed inheritance asset.

📲 WhatsApp me “WHOLE LIFE” on 0703472299 and let's structure yours.

This is what I do—and I am good at it.

Where To Invest Your Ksh 2 Million? ➖ 14 Investment Options To Consider

Investing should not be complicated.

It should be simple, intentional and strategic.

But before you rush to invest your Ksh 2 million, understand this:

➖Investing Is NOT Just About Chasing The Highest Return.

It is both an art and a science.

And it starts with one important question:

👉 What Do You Want This Money To Achieve For You?

Because the best investment is not necessarily the one offering the highest return.

It is the one that fits your financial goals, risk appetite, time horizon and overall financial plan.

Before investing, ask yourself:

✔️What Is My Financial Goal?

Are you investing for growth, passive income, retirement, education, capital preservation or another goal?

✔️How Much Risk Can I Comfortably Take?

Not just emotionally, but based on your financial capacity and existing investments.

✔️How Long Can I Leave The Money Invested?

Six months? Three years? Ten years?

Then comes the most important part:

✔️Choosing The Right Investment Vehicle To Take You To Your Destination.

And before committing your money, interrogate the investment:

🔹 What return can I reasonably expect?

🔹 What risks am I taking to earn that return?

🔹 How easily can I access my money when I need it?

🔹 Is the investment properly regulated by the relevant authority?

🔹 Who is managing my money?

🔹 Does the fund manager or investment company have a strong track record, sound governance and financial stability?

This is where many investors get it wrong.

They see 15%, 20% or 30% returns and immediately ask:

“Where do I send the money?”

Wrong approach.

Return Without Understanding Risk Can Become An Expensive Lesson.

That is why I have put together 14 different investment options you could consider for Ksh 2 million.

Not every option will be right for you.

Your job is not to invest everywhere.

👉 Your job is to build the right portfolio for YOU.

If you are still confused about where to invest your Ksh 2 million...,

📲 WhatsApp me ‘’BEST INVESTMENT’’ on 0703 472 299, and I will help you think through your options strategically.
