The mornings of a championship weekend can be daunting. Often full of uncertainty, nerves and sometimes excitement. Mental as well as physical preparation is very important to get the athletes into the groove of the day. That’s why we start with a stretch, warm-up and pep talk! Does it work?

Coaches are always present and hands on when it comes to monitoring the progress of the swimmers. At Hydra, you can rest assured that the training never stops and is customized to the needs of each swimmer. 💜💚
