Ladies only fitness facility in Mombasa We are a ladies-only gym, specializing in fitness and wellness programs to help our members improve their lives.
Our fitness programs are convenient, fun and result oriented. There is surely something to motivate, excite and inspire you... Zumba, rebounding, TRX suspension training, and Yoga are just a few of the classes we offer. Try one or try them all. Our staff and exciting classes have been designed to make sure YOU meet YOUR fitness goals, while forgetting how hard you are working to attain them.

We had the privilege of joining an incredible community of women for a morning filled with movement, connection, and an unforgettable Zumba session.
The energy was contagious, the joy in every dance move was a beautiful reminder that when women come together, amazing things happen.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, and made the day so special. Moments like these remind us why we love building healthier, stronger communities.
