In a meeting conducted between BFA Board of Directors and OCS Mandera Albert Kipchumba have decided to suspend planned FKF league schedule to take place in Bulla mpya primary school field (Allens Arena) due to security concerns since most of BFA teams have declared not to participate,FKF were instructed to move the planned games to other fields.

Public Declaration!
It has come to our attention that individuals purporting to be Elected FKF Mandera East Sub branch have declared that Bulla mpya Football Association BFA is under FKF, I want to be make this clear that,
1. BFA is registered association under Ministry of social services and mandated to undertake football activities in Bulla mpya done.
2. That BFA have its mandated officials to run the association.
3. It's has it's own constitutions which all teams are required to abide by.
4. That BFA have its own calendar in undertaking tournament and peace cups which normally falls on every holiday term i.e. April, August and December depending financial assistance either from legends,own contributions and donor support.
5.That BFA legally is under authority of Administrations i.e. Chief office which Area chief is a mong Board of Directors.
With the following noted clarifications, I hereby declare that BFA is not under FKF but Collegue in football related activities.

All BFA teams in crisis meeting unanimously agreed that They will not be participating FKF league schedule to kick off on Sunday. Therefore normal friendly matches will continue as planned until BFA legend league draw is made within the next 14 days.

I take this opportunity to officially resigned as BFA Secretary with effect from today noon 12pm. it has been quite experience for the period i was in office. i also wish to thank the Five teams under umbrella of BFA for the support and cooperation they bestowed on the Executive members and categorically pass my sincere gratitude to the chairman Adan Abdi Hassan for having confidence in me during my tenure in office. i will always support and stand with you, Thank you
