One thing that separates a successful organization from one that is not is its ability to attract, develop, motivate, organize, and retain top-notch employees.

Each time you make a decision, you are either motivated by faith or fear.

Faith empowers people to take action while fear leads to procrastination. If you are full of faith, you will visualise the successful accomplishment of your dream, even when the evidence around you says otherwise.

If however you are driven by fear, you will focus on all the reasons that you will not succeed. Faith elevates while fear destroys. Faith sees the future with optimism while fear sees it with pessimism.

Think of a farmer full of faith. He sees the bountiful harvest and therefore puts the seed in the ground. The farmer has no guarantee that everything will work out as planned and that he risks losing his seed but he plants it all the same. That is faith.

The farmer with fear thinks of all the bad things that might happen to his seed. It might be eaten by birds or destroyed by insects. The rains might fail. Instead of focusing on the harvest, he focuses on what might go wrong and decides not to plant. That is fear.

Importantly, both visualise outcomes long before they happen.

Never forget that there is a billionaire in every pauper, a king in every servant, a master in every slave and a leader in every follower! Your destiny is exponentially greater than your history.
