Today, our brave Masosa Secondary School Girls were rewarded with a memorable tour of the beautiful Lake Victoria in Homa Bay in appreciation of their outstanding performance at the KSSSA Girls Soccer Games.

This journey was more than just football—it was about courage, teamwork, sacrifice, and making history in our maiden appearance at the regional championships. Every player represented Masosa with pride and gave everything on the pitch.

As we celebrate these unforgettable moments, we know this is only the beginning. Preparations for next year's campaign start immediately. We return wiser, stronger, and more determined to achieve even greater success.

The Nyanza Regional KSSSA journey comes to an end for Masosa Secondary School Girls.

Yesterday, we lost our final group match against Nyakach, finishing third in our group with 3 points. Nyakach topped the group with 9 points, while Kobala finished second with 4 points.

Although we did not progress, we leave Homa Bay with our heads held high. In our maiden appearance at the regional championships, we achieved one of our key targets by registering a historic victory. That win will forever remain part of Masosa's story.

Every challenge has taught us valuable lessons. We return home stronger, wiser, and more determined. By God's grace, we will be back next year, stronger and ready to compete again.

To our incredible players, thank you for your courage, sacrifice, discipline, and the pride you brought to Masosa Secondary School, Nyamira County, and everyone who believed in you. You have inspired many young girls to dream bigger.

As the girls prepare to represent their school in the Nyanza Regional KSSSA Games beginning this Wednesday, they have received more than just sportswear — they have received encouragement, confidence, and hope for a brighter future.

We take this special opportunity to sincerely thank Boniphas Mainga of Bonny Bookshop and Bonny Investment for donating a full set of beautiful jerseys and 20 training bibs to the Masosa Secondary School Girls football team. This is now the second set of jerseys he has generously donated to the girls, a true reflection of his unwavering commitment to supporting and uplifting young talent.

In addition, he donated three pairs of football boots to Gail Maguire, Joyline, and Mary Mong’are — a kind and thoughtful gesture that has greatly inspired the players as they prepare for the regional competition.
