We thank you for your patience as we resolved the unexpected issue with the payment system. We have now started processing refunds for unused portion of passes.
Refunds will be sent to the PayPal account used to subscribe to Manga Planet by the end of June.

Those who have previously purchased manga with Points, please check your inbox for an email from us on how to transfer your purchases* to Renta!
If you wish to transfer your library*, please complete the transfer process by July 31, 2026.

*some titles may not be eligible due to publisher agreements. Those who have purchased titles that ineligible for transfer have also been sent an email

All Passes charged after the site's closure are being fully refunded as soon as possible.
The Manga Planet Team has spoken to a PayPal representative and are looking into solutions.
