Long day working on photos for the new Gojuryu book coming out later this year.

Classes are starting back up at Risner Gym on Kadena AFB Okinawa. For anyone wanting to train our schedule is Mondays and Thursdays from 1815 to 1915. Online classes are also available for people interested in distance learning.
