More Than Titanium.
A T&K frame becomes something more than titanium — full-penetration welds, fused by hand under intense heat, then polished pass after pass until every line disappears into the metal itself.
But the welds you see here aren't just full-penetration — they're placed with intention. Unlike a typical weld, cast titanium junctions take the stress first at every joint, moving the weakest point away from where tubes meet.
Precision at 1,800°F. Years of skill, in a single pass.

不只是鈦金屬。
一支 T&K 車架,成為的不只是鈦金屬——全滲透焊接,由職人在高溫下親手完成,接著一遍又一遍拋光,直到每一道焊痕都融進金屬本身,消失不見。
但這裡的焊接,不只是全滲透而已——連焊接的位置,都是刻意設計過的。不同於一般焊接,每個關節處先由鑄造鈦金屬接頭承擔應力,把最脆弱的點,從管件交界處移開。
攝氏980度的高溫焊接,一次收尾,是職人數十年的功夫。
