全ての国の代表がこれ程の強い想いでこの舞台に立っていると言う事、そして今その中で日本代表は闘っていると言う事、日本代表を目指す皆様もそうでない方も是非見て頂きたいエチオピア代表のスピーチ。

彼女は1歳で母親を亡くし父親に育てられ自身も虐待等つらい経験をしながら病気やいじめに苦しむ姉を長年守り続けてきました。そしてMiss Worldへの出場準備をしていた最中姉が突然誘拐されました。犯人から金銭を要求され無事を祈り続けましたがベトナムへ出発するわずか1週間前姉が殺害されたというあまりにも残酷な知らせを受けます。さらに、その事件に関わったのは、彼女が10年間親友だと信じていた人物とそのパートナーだったと涙ながらに明かしました。それでも彼女はMiss Worldの舞台に立つことを選びました。
「冷たい人間だからここにいるのではありません。私には果たすべき責任があるからここにいるのです。」
女性や子どもたちのために声を上げると約束したこと。その約束を破ることはできない「私は自分の痛みをPurpose（使命）へと変えることを選びました。」と。

🇯🇵 shared her Beauty with a Purpose project, “Weaving Hope from Disasters.”
Through her experiences in disaster-affected areas of Japan, she delivered a message of hope and human connection to the world.

Yui Kawana, Miss World Japan 2025, believes that even a single word or small action can touch someone’s heart and inspire hope.

That belief inspired her Beauty with a Purpose project, “Weaving Hope from Disasters.”

Through volunteer work and visits to communities affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Fukushima nuclear disaster, Yui learned that behind every number is a person, a family, and a story.

She realized that true recovery is not only about rebuilding what was lost.
It is when people can believe in the future again — feeling connected, remembered, and knowing they are not alone.

From this belief, Yui created the “Hope Connect Bracelet,” handmade with aqua-blue cotton pearls symbolizing water, life, peace and healing, and a small light charm representing hope even in difficult times.

One string may be small, but together, they become stronger. Just like people.

Yui’s message to the world is not that Japan is a country of disasters, but a country of resilience — where people support one another, rise again, and move forward with hope.

ミス・ワールド・ジャパン2025日本代表 川名祐衣。

能登半島地震の被災地でのボランティア活動、そして東日本大震災・福島の原子力災害の影響を受けた地域を訪れ学んだこと。

ニュースで見る一つひとつの数字の裏には、人がいて、家族がいて、それぞれの物語があります。

そして、本当の復興とは、失ったものを再建するだけではなく、人々が再び未来を信じられるようになること。

誰かとつながっていること。忘れられていないと感じること。そして「自分は一人ではない」と思えること。

その想いを形にしたのが 「Hope Connect Bracelet」。水・命・平和・癒やしを象徴するアクアブルーのコットンパールと、希望の光を表す小さなチャームを使い、一つひとつ手作りしています。
