We didn't book a Mount Fuji tour.
We didn't even know what day we'd go.
We just booked two weeks in Japan and figured the rest out as we went.
Every day we looked for Fuji.
Every day she was hidden behind clouds.
By the last morning we'd accepted we probably weren't going to see her.
Then the clouds broke.
Looking back, I'm glad we didn't try to control every minute of the trip.
Some of the best memories come from saying "f**k it, let's go" and trusting it'll work out.
That's what HAKKD is about.
Train Hard. Live Full.

Data centres don’t run on data alone.
They need land, energy and water.
Water that rivers, forests, wildlife and communities already depend on.
We’re told this is progress.
But progress that drains the world around us isn’t progress at all.
The forest is thirsty.
The data centre doesn’t care.
See it while it’s still alive.
Train Hard. Live Full.

We don't make clothing for one hour in the gym. We make it for everything that comes after. From first light to last call. Train hard. Live full.

The best sessions don't always happen in the gym.
Sometimes they're around a BBQ, with family, good food, and no rush to be anywhere else.
Train hard. Live full. 🔥

Weekends used to mean recovering from the week.
Now they mean disappearing into the woods, burning food over a fire, walking the dog till sunset and forgetting what day it is.
No strict plan.
No fake motivation.
Just living properly.
Train hard. Live full.

HAKKD let the dogs out.
Fresh air and chaos therapy.
Funny how a simple walk can reset your whole head.
One minute life’s loud, everyone wants something from you, phone buzzing nonstop.
Next minute you’re on a field watching dogs drag each other about while the sun drops behind the houses.
That’s the stuff people forget matters.
Train hard. Live full. HAKKD.

He wasn’t meant to stop there.
Late night, shutters down, city half asleep.
People passing through. Bikes flying past. Everyone heading somewhere.
But that’s the point.
HAKKD isn’t just for the gym. It’s for the in-between moments too. The walks, the runs, the late nights, the random streets, the trips you didn’t plan properly but still turned into something.
Train hard when it’s time.
Live full every chance you get.
