初心に帰り合気道の原点を考察します。

昨日、日野晃先生の福岡ワークショップ武道塾に3人で参加してきました。
日野先生の素晴らしい身体操作を直に体験させていただきました。
知らない人たちとの違う稽古で新鮮で楽しい一日でした。
課題がいくつも出来ました、また新しい技が生まれそうです。
”万人のすすむべき道”として誰でも楽しく稽古出来て皆さんのお役にたてる合気道を作り上げていきます。
継続とは力なり、生涯現役
