For all mothers whether new or old looking to return to exercise safely after delivery, especially if you’re also trying to fix your abdominal separation or pelvic floor issues: these classes are designed just for you! Join us every Monday and Wednesday, and let the healing begin.

لكل الأمهات الي والدين جديد او من فترة و حابين يرجعوا للرياضة بأمان، و خاصة إذا عم بتواجهي مشاكل بعضلات الحوض او انفصال بعضلات البطن إذن هدول الحصص إلك، شاركينا كل اثنين و أربعاء بحصص ما بعد الولادة لتبدئي رحلة التعافي.
