Ruseaโs High School proudly welcomes Jovanni โNationโ Parkins as the new Team Manager (& fitness coach) of the Football Programme for the 2026/27 season.
Armed with both Bachelorโs and Masterโs degree level knowledge in Physical Education and Sport, along with professional certification in Fitness Instruction, Mr. Parkins brings a powerful blend of academic excellence, technical expertise, and a passion for developing young athletes.
The vision is clear. The standards are high. The work begins now.

Our first round group of the 2026 DaCosta cup season is here.
1st Round (68 teams)
Sixty-eight (68) teams will contest the 1st Round of the Dacosta Cup.
Nine (9) Groups of 7 or 8 teams.
Teams play each other once
Top two (2) teams from each Group along with the three best third place teams will advance to the Second Round.

2nd Round (36 teams).
Top fifteen (15) teams will join the advancing teams.
Thirty-six (36) teams will play the second round of the Dacosta Cup.
Six (6) Zones of six (6) teams
Teams play each other once
Top two (2) teams from each group and the four (4) best third place teams will advance to the round of sixteen.
