What a day! The 2026 Captains' Drive-In.
Started with our Captain (Sebastian Ogden) and Captain-Elect (David Lazarus) marking out the course, giving our sponsors their due credit and marking the mini events, while our Ladies' Captain (Alison Reid) sorted out our players.
#1 hole included a mini-event straight drive, two white lines a yard apart stretching 300 yards down the middle of the fairway. First tee shot of the day from Captain-Elect David Lazarus, 260 yds down the middle. (sadly, it went pretty downhill for him from there)
Right off the course, beverages, soup and nyammings from Clubhouse Brewery and Michael Fulford.
In true club tradition, the captains were presented with their tools of the trade to complete their drive-ins, attempting to tee off down the fairway, while past captains hurl cushions at their ball.
Caddies able to retrieve these balls were rewarded generously.
On to prize giving and evening festivities...a great time had by all.

Hello Monthly Medallers! Constant Spring Golf Club's June Monthly Medal starts today (Wednesday 24 June) and runs until Sunday 28 June.
Bruce Lopez leads as Club Champion and Frank Jackson leads in the Monthly Medal.
First prize in both categories is a J$9,000 gift certificate from Yes Golf!

Congrats to Douglas Stiebel on winning May's Monthly medal Flight A and to Richard Fraser on winning Flight B with a scintillating Net 63.
Bruce Lopez, in spite of missing play this month, still leads the overall for Club Champion while Frank Jackson is the new overall leader for the Monthly Medal.
