Hi all. Due to the exceptional temperatures forecast later this week we have decided to cancel class on Friday at Bodyrox. BUT. We will be doing free Genki Budo on Sunday at 10am at South hill gardens at the TA barracks. 🙏😎👍🥋 bring plenty of fluids!
