It combines cardio and conditioning into an effective way of working out! It’s conducted on specially developed Jumping® Profi trampolines. The basis of Jumping is a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints, power and balancing elements. “Jumping® is not tied to a difficult choreography steps and is suitable for everyone”
