The quality of your day can change when you simply take a little time in the morning to sit with yourself and breathe.

Then, if you can or feel like it, move through a short asana practice, perhaps a few Sun Salutations and the final three closing postures. Then rest.

And repeat the next day.

This is it. This is the complete practice.

It may evolve over time, as you do, and take different forms. But as a bare minimum, simply sit with yourself every morning, for a breath, or for a while.

Give yourself that time.

We’re here for you to practise this week, every day except Wednesday, which is New Moon and a day of rest.
