With the first Race for the Wild this weekend, we’ve amended our Sunday to support this new event 🦤

💪 Intervals - Thursday 6pm at the Freedom Tree 🤩
🏞️ Trails - Saturday 8am at Les Platons for 90 minutes or 8:30am for 60 minutes⛰️
🛣️ Road - Sunday 9am at Goose Green for an hour 🪿 😎

🏃‍♂️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ All weekend groups feature Lead and Tail Runners + Inbetweeners followed by breakfast and chats 💬

Weekend runs are FREE and open to everyone - you don’t have to be a member and don’t have to register in advance.

Our routes are out and back for simpler navigation if you need to turn around early and available in advance on RockNRoadRunners.je and RockNRoadRunCo.je

So…this weather eh?! Makes everything a bit tougher, including planning our sessions. To keep everyone safe we’re monitoring temps and may have to cancel Thursday’s intervals and change times for the weekend. This week we’re supporting Half Marathon with two water stations and all the vibes 💦 😎 That means our usual Sunday road run will just be the one 60 minute group, but everything else is the same! 💖🇯🇪

Congratulations to Jersey parkrun on their 500th event 🥳 Such a great turnout on a lovely day for our trail runs which culminated in us joining 685 runners 🤩 Tomorrow we have road running exploits from or for the new trail 5k, 10k and half marathon - what a running scene!! 💖
