🔥What a fantastic day at the office!🔥

First up in Scotland…🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

🗣️ AND STILL!

The pinnacle of today was Jack Genee, who successfully defended his Beath Box Cup title with a well-earned unanimous victory over an opponent with a better record. Jack boxed superbly from start to finish and showed exactly what hard work and preparation can do. 💪🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Next up, over in England…

Isaac Etheridge smashed his skills bout with a polished performance against a very strong opponent having his first skills bout. Both boys did their clubs very proud and put on a great display. 💅

Unfortunately, Daisy’s bout was called off, so she was understandably gutted, but she goes again on the huge September home show. 😭

Last but not least, we had Charlton Way, up against one hell of a tough, tough kid. This was easily bout of the show, with both boxers going relentlessly at each other. Charlton boxed his socks off and showed beautiful boxing throughout, with the bout ending in a split decision. 🙌👏

All in all, we could not be any prouder of this weekend’s athletes. Everyone returns to training tomorrow as we now prepare for the huge September home show.

Today, Jersey Boxing Academy is competing in two different countries on the same day, what an incredible achievement for our club! 💪

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 England…. Isaac Etheridge, Charlton Way and Daisy Franks are all in action on the Epsom Open Air Show, ready to showcase the hard work they’ve put in over the past few months. 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

To all four of our athletes, we wish you the very best of luck today. The hard work has been done, the preparation is complete, and now it’s time to enjoy the occasion and reap the rewards. 🏆🏅

No matter the results, you’ve already done the club proud by representing Jersey Boxing Academy with commitment, discipline and heart. 🖤🤍

🥊🇯🇪 AWAY DAYS AGAIN! 🇯🇪🥊

This weekend sees Jersey Boxing Academy competing at not one, but TWO different events across the UK!🇬🇧

On Saturday, Jack Genee will be looking to defend his championship belt at the Beath Box Cup in Scotland, a well-respected boxing tournament that attracts talented boxers from across the region.
After a fantastic performance to win the title last time out, Jack now faces the challenge of defending his crown, a significant achievement in boxing that would demonstrate his consistency, determination, and ability to perform under pressure at the highest level.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

On Sunday, Isaac Etheridge, Daisy Franks, and Charlton Way will be representing the club at the Epsom Open Air Show in Surrey, England, a popular boxing event that gives athletes the opportunity to gain valuable competitive experience against boxers from different clubs and areas. All three boxers have been putting in the hard work in the gym and are ready to test themselves against quality opposition.
We are incredibly proud of all our athletes for their commitment, dedication, and willingness to step outside their comfort zones to represent both the club and the island. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
