📣 And the success continues with 2 silver medals 🥈🥈 at the English Schools! Daniel Dubras moved up one place from his bronze at Nationals with a throw of 61.41m.
Ella Duarte jumped a new Club record and PB with 1.68m.

On an unforgettable evening, Joan Inwood ran her fastest 5k in a very long time to win the Wilson Trophy Handicap in searing heat, at West Park on Tuesday night.
After catching and passing Janine Fossey the longtime leader, Inwood held on to cross the finish line in front of a charging Josh Brien who was the last runner to actually start the race.

Also defying the extreme conditions was Katie Cartwright. Her strong performance gainig her a third place finish.

More weekend successes! Competing in the Para Grand Prix in Tjeckien, Rachel Leck achieved 2 silvers - 10.22m in shot and 32m in discus losing out to world champion and Olympic champion.

Three medals at National Champs!Ted Chamberlain won gold in a tactical men’s 800m, Bradley Andrews-Callec won silver in the U20 3,000m steeple, and Daniel Dubras got the bronze in the U20 javelin in a new PB of 61.81m.
