Following customer feedback, we've added new Gentle Strength classes at Les Quennevais!

Join our wonderful instructor Kerri on Mondays and Tuesdays at 1:45pm in the Dance Studio for Gentle Strength.

Gentle Strength is a gentle and low-impact class designed to enhance mobility, strength, and flexibility. Using dumbbells, bands, barbells, and other equipment, you'll move with confidence and improve everyday function.

We're running some extra Pool Playtime Sessions during the Summer Holidays at Les Quennevais:

Pool Playtime | Active Jersey | Active Jersey Come along to Pool Playtime at Les Quennevais and have some fun with all the family! There will be floats and tyres in the pool to enjoy.

There will be high-speed cycle racing on the cycle track around Les Quennevais Sports Centre on Thursday 16th July between 6.45pm and 8.15pm.

The track will be marshalled by Jersey Cycling representatives in the interests of safety during this time, please follow their instructions. Thank you for your understanding.
