WAIKIKI — WE’RE OPENING THIS JULY!!!

The empty space is starting to become something real.

Rockingham BJJ Academy | The Lighthouse is opening this July in Waikiki, and we’re creating a place where people can learn, challenge themselves, and feel like they belong from the moment they walk through the door.

Whether it’s a child trying their first class, a teenager finding their place, or an adult stepping onto the mats for the first time, we want training to feel supportive, welcoming, and something you actually look forward to being part of each week.

Programs launching this July:

• Parent Child Classes (2+ yrs)
• Little Kids BJJ (3–5 yrs)
• Kids BJJ (6–11 yrs)
• Teens BJJ (12–15 yrs)
• Adults Fundamentals
• Adults All Levels
• No-Gi Grappling
• Women Only Classes
• Private Lessons

This isn’t just about opening a gym. It’s about creating a space where people can learn new skills, challenge themselves, make friends, and become part of something bigger.

RIP Mestre Octavio Couto "Ratinho".

Hoje o Jiu Jitsu perdeu um grande representante Octavio Couto, o “Ratinho”, faleceu neste sábado, aos 52 anos, em um acidente na Itália, tive a oportunidade de conhecê-lo no ano de 2012 na Itália em um seminário na cida de Bolzano na academia de um grade amigo meu , Ratinho também arbitrou as minhas duas últimas lutas na Itália , vá em paz Ratinho 🙏 Dojo Leteri Team Jiu Jitsu e Grappling 🇧🇷🇮🇹🇦🇺 #2023
