SuMoth Challenge

Il 28 giugno le acque di Grado (GO) hanno ospitato la 39esima edizione della Veleggiata Graisana, e noi non potevamo mancare!

Grazie alla collaborazione con il comitato organizzativo, più di venti membri del nostro team sono saliti a bordo di diverse imbarcazioni in gara. Per molti di loro si è trattato del vero e proprio debutto assoluto nel mondo della vela.
Addirittura alcuni audacini sono persino riusciti a conquistare il podio nelle rispettive classi!
È stata un’esperienza formativa straordinaria, dove il lavoro di squadra e il divertimento sono stati i veri protagonisti❤️💙

The 8th edition of the SuMoth Challenge , held in Malcesine (Lake Garda) from June 8th to 14th, has come to an end: we return home with an extremely positive outcome and great satisfaction for the journey accomplished.✨

Despite the variable weather conditions, we managed to complete 17 races, winning 7 of them. The constant work carried out throughout the year allowed us to achieve these prestigious results in every stage of the challenge:
* 1st Place – Stage S1 (Design)🥇
* 3rd Place – Stage S2 (Manufacturing)🥉
* 1st Place – Stage S3 (Regatta)🥇
Thanks to these performances, we secured second place in the overall standings.

Seeing our SuMoth, Neverina, lift out of the water and fly even in light wind was a confirmation of the technological research and innovation in manufacturing processes that we dedicated to this project.

The SuMoth Challenge is much more than a competition; it is an ecosystem that unites university education, sustainable innovation, and nautical culture. Being an active part of this process is a source of pride for our entire team.

An extremely positive result that inspires us to look ahead to the next edition with the goal of raising the bar even higher.

We would like to extend a special thanks to all those who believed in us, making this achievement possible and supporting us constantly throughout this project❤️💙

DAY 7 - SuMoth Challenge
Today was the prize giving ceremony! Audace, with Neverina, takes home first place in the S1, third place in the S2, and first place in the S3! 🥇🥉🥇

Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to win the overall challenge, but we should be proud of our hard work over the past months. Neverina is an amazing boat, and she flies incredibly well.

We are proud to be Audace, and we’ll be ready next year to come back to Lake Garda stronger than ever!❤️💙

DAY 6 - SuMoth Challenge
Last day of racing here at the SuMoth Challenge, and it was extremely exciting!
A lot of emotions come after the finish of the last race, especially because we managed to win the S3.
This means that all the work over the past year has paid off, and the team can be proud of its hard work.

Tomorrow we’ll know who wins the overall challenge, but for now, we are extremely happy about this amazing result and about our amazing boat, Neverina! ❤️💙
