Během své trenérské kariéry jsem absolvoval celou řadu školení a seminářů s tématikou sahající od zdravotního cvičení přes skupinové lekce a osobní trénink, až po vrcholovou sportovní přípravu. S každým dalším rokem v roli trenéra vnímám tuto práci jako obor velmi komplexní, kde se na konečném výsledku podílí celá řada proměnných faktorů.
