This weekend, dare to ask yourself , “What would please me?”
🔴 The might interfere with your wellbeing journey and tell you that:
To be a good person I should put the needs of others ahead of my own.
It bothers me when people don’t notice or care about what I have done for them.
They can be selfish and ungrateful.
I give away too much and don’t think of myself enough.
I can make anyone like me.
If I don’t rescue people, who will?
In order for you to be liked & loved and included in a group you do not have to put others’ needs ahead of your own and you do not have to earn it by abandoning yourself and your wellbeing.
✅ You deserve without , feeling drained and constant fatigue.
Choose yourself more. 🧠 💚

Today we celebrate the international day of . 🧠💚
I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn about this topic 4 years ago while being enrolled in the first cohort of the training designed by Daniel Goleman.

Moving forward with my journey I have discovered what it means to be emotional resilient and mental fit , having Shirzad Chamine as a mentor and teacher of program 🏄♂️

I have learnt to allow myself to stay in the present moment and to feel , , creativity and all the positive emotions I have postponed because it was not the right time, the perfect moment or I was not good enough to deserve it.

Without developing emotional intelligence intentionally, I could not have become the best version of myself, start my coaching business while being a single mother in a new country & different culture and without any network to support me. I was able to inspire & impact and change due to my constant investment in the skills & practice of emotional intelligence.
