When that vein pops out on your forehead, you know leg day was no joke. 😂
Leg day done ✅
It’s only Wednesday, but I’ve followed my plan to a T so far this week. A reminder that results don’t come from one perfect workout. They come from showing up, day after day.
Feeling happy, proud, and ready to keep going. 💪🏼
What is one thing you’ve done this week that you’re proud of?

💡 Topic Tuesday: Household Chores Count Too!
When we think about exercise, we often picture a gym, a workout program, or a long walk. But movement is movement, and it all adds up.
Mowing the lawn, gardening, pulling weeds, washing windows, vacuuming, carrying groceries, or cleaning the house can all get your heart rate up and keep your body moving.
I actually enjoy mowing the lawn because I see it as a workout. I’m outside, getting fresh air, walking, pushing, turning, and staying active. It may not show up on a workout calendar, but my body still benefits from it.
Sometimes we get caught up thinking that if we didn’t do a “real workout,” it doesn’t count. That’s simply not true.
So if you’re spending time tackling household chores or yard work this week, give yourself some credit. It all contributes to a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Every bit of movement matters. 💚
Make the best of it! 🤍

No matter how your weekend went, today is a new opportunity to move your body, take care of yourself, and keep showing up.
Let’s do this! ☀️💪🏼

Could HRT be the missing piece in your menopause journey?
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), also called Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT), is one of the most talked about topics in the menopause world right now.
But who should actually consider it?
If you’re experiencing symptoms such as:
• Hot flashes
• Night sweats
• Poor sleep
• Brain fog
• Mood changes
• Joint aches
• Low energy
• Vaginal dryness
• Reduced quality of life
It may be worth having a conversation with your healthcare provider about whether HRT/MHT is right for you.
What many women don’t realize is that menopause is not just about periods stopping. The decline in estrogen can affect our brain, bones, muscles, heart, sleep, and overall well-being.
HRT is not for everyone, and every woman’s health history is unique. But for many women, it can be a safe and effective tool to help manage symptoms and support long-term health.
The key is understanding your options and making an informed decision with a qualified healthcare professional.
You don’t have to suffer through menopause just because it’s “normal.”
Feeling your best matters at every age. 🤍
Have you had a conversation about HRT/MHT with your healthcare provider?

Let’s finish this week strong and step into the weekend feeling our best.

Today marks the start of a new chapter.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared quite a bit about stress and the signals my body has been sending me. What I haven’t shared is that many of those stressors are about to be eliminated, and I can already feel a sense of relief.
That doesn’t mean the chapter I’m closing wasn’t a good one.
In fact, I loved what I did most of the time. It challenged me, helped me grow, taught me more than I ever imagined, and gave me opportunities I’ll always be grateful for. There were so many great moments and experiences that I’ll carry with me.
But being “on” all the time comes with a cost.
For a long time, I convinced myself that I could keep pushing through because that’s what I’ve always done. Then one day, I finally admitted something to myself:
Just because I can do something doesn’t mean I have to.
At 52, navigating perimenopause, never quite knowing how a night of sleep will go, managing the demands of everyday life, work, relationships, health and everything else that comes with this season of life, I realized that the pressure was taking more out of me than I wanted to admit.
And that’s okay.
One thing I often say is, “What is supposed to happen will happen.”
The more life unfolds, the more I believe it.
Sometimes growth looks like pushing harder. Sometimes growth looks like being honest with yourself and choosing something different.
Life will always throw curveballs. The game changer is how we react, adapt and move forward.
Today, I’m choosing to embrace this new chapter with gratitude, excitement and the confidence that this is exactly where I’m meant to be right now.
Making the best of it! 🤍

Over the past few weeks, I’ve talked a lot about self-care.
Not because self-care is bubble baths, spa days, or shopping trips (although those can be nice too). It’s because life has a way of reminding us when we’re running on empty.
For me, self-care has looked like listening when my body was speaking loudly. It has looked like prioritizing sleep, creating spaces that bring me peace, moving my body even when I didn’t feel like it, and giving myself permission to slow down when needed.
The biggest lesson? Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s maintenance.
You can’t pour from an empty cup, lead from an empty tank, or show up as your best self when you’ve ignored your own needs for too long.
At the end of the day, self-care isn’t something you earn after you’ve taken care of everyone else. It’s something that helps you become the person who can take care of everything else.
Take care of yourself. Future you will thank you for it. 🤍
Let’s make the best of it! 🤍

Did I sleep well last night?
Nope.
Will I still do my best to have a good day?
Absolutely.
Not every day starts exactly how we want it to. Some mornings we wake up energized and ready to take on the world. Other mornings… not so much.
The good news is that a rough night’s sleep doesn’t have to define the entire day.
Today, I’ll focus on what I can control: moving my body, nourishing myself, staying hydrated, getting outside when I can, and showing myself a little grace.
And here’s something else I’m committed to: changing my story.
For a while now, I’ve been struggling with my energy. I’ve blamed stress, hormones, poor sleep, and maybe all of those things have played a role. But I’m determined to keep looking for answers and making changes until I find what works.
I refuse to believe that feeling exhausted all the time is simply my new normal.
I will change my story.
I will succeed.
Until then, I’ll keep showing up, one day at a time. 🤍
Let’s make the best of it!

Trust the process…
Lately, my body was speaking to me loud and clear.
I had canker sores, a stye starting, and I just wasn’t feeling like myself. Looking back, I realize those were signs that I needed to slow down and pay attention.
For a while, I had been carrying more stress than I cared to admit. One day, while talking with my partner, I finally said out loud how I had been feeling. Sometimes, simply acknowledging what we’re carrying can bring a sense of clarity.
Not long after, circumstances shifted in a way that brought me a great deal of relief. It wasn’t something I planned, but it was exactly what I needed.
That experience reminded me that life has a way of working itself out. Sometimes the answers come when we take a moment to pause, reflect, and listen to what our mind and body have been trying to tell us all along.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: your health is not something to put on the back burner. Pay attention to the signs. Give yourself permission to step back when needed.
Your health matters.
Your peace matters.
Trust the process.

Monday.
A new week. A fresh start. A chance to reset and refocus.
You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need to take the next step that moves you forward.
A workout.
A healthy meal.
A walk.
An earlier bedtime.
Small choices add up.
New week. New mindset. 💪🏼🤍
Let’s make the best of it!
