Please note that I will be taking a short annual break from 15 August to 31 August. During this period, I will be completely offline and unavailable for all work-related communication.

This includes:
• Training enquiries
• Session bookings or changes
• Programme requests
• Promotions
• General questions or coaching support

To ensure your training continues without interruption, I kindly ask that all September appointments and bookings are confirmed before 15 August. My schedule fills quickly, so early booking is highly recommended.

Thank you for your continued trust and support. I appreciate every one of you and look forward to returning refreshed and ready to help you achieve even greater results in September.

Then there - cant believe these photos are nearly 3 years apart! I left the field of training when I moved to the UK ... it was only because of this man, who believed in me and took a chance that I came back to coaching! None of this would have been possible wi t hout him. In our years together in Newcastle, I learnt so much , seeing him again this last weekend reminded me that you ALWAYS are a student of the game ! Keep things simple and just do you ! I am so humbled and grateful you are my friend , colleague and mentor ! Love you Bazza !

He is one of the most technical and knowledgable coaches around! If you want to take your boxing to the elite level you need look no further. With meticulous attention to detail and absolute care and consideration for his athletes, I am always so humbled to work with him and his fighters during their camps.

Coaches need Coaches! We need to understand movements and bounce ideas off of each other. We need to support and grow each other to become better equipped to help our athletes and clients!

I cannot thank him enough for having me on board, to train world-class athletes and also improve my own boxing knowledge.

Was great catching up after 2 years away from where it all started. Got a great refresher course on some new techniques and clinch work. I do miss the old days of working in the same gym but now I have the opportunity to bring this knowledge and experience to the italians !
