been a lil MIA on here because every bit of spare time I’ve had has been invested into getting MODUS | STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE officially open for new members🤭
when we initially moved into our new space we moved with exactly the set up & members we had to allow everyone (us coaches included) to find our feet and work out how it was gonna run… but July marked the start of our new systems/ new timetable/ new set up & some lovely new faces.
creating this space has meant to much to me - having somewhere we’re people can train hard, learn new skills, better themselves every day, meet new people, feel safe and enjoy themselves felt like a big task but after our first week being officially open I had a little moment of reflection and I actually think we’ve managed exactly that🥹
feeling incredibly grateful for the team we have at Modus, the members we have and the community we have built, there are members there today who joined me 7 years ago on my introductory PT offer😭
so here’s to MODUS | STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE & doing epic things there❤️ & I promise I’ll maybe start trying to document some fitness again and some gym owner business 😎

insane results from Claire Kelly rounding up her SGA program with a solo shoot as she’ll miss ours next week.
Claire has not missed a beat the last 14 weeks & it shows. She stuck to the plan and seen it through. Claire already had a fantastic physique built by years of training hard so all we had to do was reduce body fat to really see what was there. She still socialised but with better choices - minimal alcohol, better choices eating out, planned around training & it worked! So bloody proud of u lady!!!

50lbs down and a life changing result.
2024 > 2026.
But… results like this don’t happen overnight. In a world obsessed with quick fixes and cheats be more like Holly.
Over the last two years, Holly has completely changed her lifestyle, her habits, her confidence and her health.
Holly actually almost didn’t come to her very first session back in January 2024. She was nervous, lacked confidence and didn’t feel ready. But instead of waiting for the “perfect time”, she showed up anyway.
This journey hasn’t been about one perfect diet phase or one magic training plan. It’s been about consistency, patience and trusting the process.
Phase 1: An initial fat loss phase focused on building habits, increasing activity levels, learning how to track nutrition and developing confidence in the gym.
Phase 2: A gradual reverse diet into maintenance calories and then a small surplus, allowing Holly to train harder, recover better and build lean muscle tissue.
Phase 3: A second fat loss phase to reveal all the hard work she had put in and get her into the best shape of her life ahead of her summer holidays.
The result? 50lbs lost, significantly more muscle, improved fitness, increased confidence, and a completely different outlook on what she is capable of… oh AND she’s a coach now too 👀👀😆❤️
