Good morning, World! Today I decided to continue the topic about upper body training. Is not a secret that for all women is important to take care of breast and armpits area. This exercises are here to show how to keep this areas always in tone! The most important thing is to keep focus on the working muscles while doing any exercise!

Today I want to share with you complex of 10 exercises for upper part of your body, like continuation of my previous post of stretching! I use 1, 5 l bottles of water to show that is not necessary to use professional equipment to work out. Everyone can do it a home, using simple things which everybody has. All exercises we do 3 series, 10-15 repetitions. I'll be very happy to hear from you if you liked it!

Keep on going with my morning ritual. Today i want to share with you small complex of stretching for upper part of the body. For people who has sitting job and feels muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, back, this is for you.
