Hello Friends! Our 5 Week Self-Defense Course starts next Tuesday, January 31st. Classes will be Tuesday Evenings from 18:00-18:50. Check out the included flier and let us know what questions you may have. We still have 3 spaces left - contact us as soon as possible to sign up!
