A short video clip from the final of the high-stakes exhibition tournament “AT&T CHALLENGE,” played in late April 1989 in Atlanta between Chang and Agassi. The tournament featured eight players. It began with two round-robin groups of four players each. Agassi and Chang were in the same group, and Agassi had won 6-1, 6-0.
In the semifinals, Agassi—who was celebrating his birthday—defeated Yannick Noah. The question is: Who did Chang beat in the semifinals? Keep in mind that a few weeks later, Chang would pull off a surprise victory at Roland Garros.
