Per una monoposto full electric come la nostra, uno dei componenti più importanti ma meno visibili sono sicuramente i PCB del nostro pacco batterie.

AISLER ER ha creduto in noi e nel supportarci nella creazione di queste schede custom, progettate appositamente per far funzionare il cuore elettrico della nostra vettura. 🏁⚡️🔋

For a full-electric single-seater like ours, one of the most important yet least visible components is undoubtedly the PCBs of our battery pack.

AISLER believed in us and supported us in the creation of these custom boards, specifically designed to power the electrical heart of our car. 🏁⚡️🔋

🇮🇹 Quest'anno vogliamo realizzare un circuito di raffreddamento completamente personalizzato: abbiamo modificato i radiatori per diminuire le perdite di carico dell’impianto così da garantire un raffreddamento ottimale dei diversi componenti della vettura.

Per realizzare questo lavoro ci siamo affidati a Casa del Radiatore , che ha trasformato in realtà le modifiche richieste dai nostri ragazzi, lavorando con grande cura e precisione.

Un altro passo avanti che dimostra come aziende di questo tipo sono uno dei motori del nostro progetto.

🇬🇧 This year, our goal is to develop a fully customized cooling system. We redesigned the radiators to reduce pressure losses throughout the system, ensuring optimal cooling for the car's various components.

To bring this solution to life, we partnered with Casa del Radiatore, who turned our team's design requirements into reality with exceptional care, precision, and craftsmanship.

Another important step forward that shows how companies like this are one of the driving forces behind our project.

Per la struttura abbiamo scelto il PPS, un materiale dalle eccellenti proprietà autoestinguenti (ritardante di fiamma), che però richiede lavorazioni di altissima precisione e attrezzature estremamente dedicate.

We selected PPS for the structure due to its outstanding self-extinguishing (flame retardant) properties, even though it demands extreme precision and dedicated machinery to process.

This year it has been completely redesigned and made entirely from carbon fiber, ensuring a lighter and more efficient structure.
The processing and lamination of this material require precision and attention to detail: every step is essential to achieve better performance.
