Our last day in this beautiful area of the veneto region where I live and Nordic Walk and Talk. We've seen some spectacular scenery. It's been an intense 4 days but absolutley wonderful!

We did it! We got up early this morning and drove to misurina and managed to get the shuttle bus up.to the 3 cime di lavaredo. It was worth the effort! What a specatcular view and walk!

With very high temperatures that have been going on for weeks, i've bern forced to suspend my walks.
In thr meantime I walk everyday early morning....before that sun gets out! It's very important to stay active.

I've swapped my poles for knitting needles today! It's time to relax and take in all the nature around me. Plus it's nice and cool!
