Women are taught to sacrifice until they are exhausted…
then called selfish when they choose themselves.
It's ok to
✅Setting boundaries
✅Choosing mental peace
✅Respecting your feelings
You cannot give love from an empty heart

Emotional dysregulation refers to the inability to regulate one's emotions in a healthy and adaptive way.
This can manifest in a variety of ways, such as:
- Experiencing intense emotional reactions that are disproportionate to the situation
- Engaging in impulsive behavior in response to strong emotions
- Having difficulty in managing stress and other challenging emotions.
