*CEO Srinagar Gives Heartfelt Farewell to Ms. Anjum Raja on Elevation as Incharge CEO Pulwama*. 06/15/2026 Srinagar: A heartfelt and dignified farewell function was organized by Chief Education Officer Srinagar and the entire staff of the CEO Office to honor Ms. Anjum Raja, DEPO Srinagar, on the occasion of her elevation and relieving as Incharge Chief Education Officer, Pulwama.
The event was graced by Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Khanday, Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of School Education Kashmir.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Bhat warmly congratulated Ms. Anjum Raja on her well-deserved promotion and new assignment. He lauded her outstanding contribution as DEPO Srinagar and highlighted her exceptional qualities of sincerity, professionalism, and leadership.
“Ms. Anjum Raja has been the backbone of the Education Department in Srinagar district. Her honesty, dedication, and employee-friendly approach have left an indelible mark on all of us. Her academic excellence and remarkable journey as DEPO/Deputy CEO Srinagar will always be remembered and cherished,” said Mr. Bhat.

Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Khanday, Chief Accounts Officer, expressed deep appreciation for Ms. Anjum Raja’s commitment and hard work.
“She is a great individual who always executed every assignment with utmost zeal, zest, and perfection. Her contributions have been truly commendable,” he remarked.

In her emotional response, Ms. Anjum Raja expressed profound gratitude to all present. She extended heartfelt thanks to Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Khanday for gracing the occasion and to Mr. Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Bhat for his constant inspiration and valuable guidance throughout her tenure.

She acknowledged the unwavering support she received from the CEO Srinagar, Deputy Director Planning, fellow Principals, Zonal Education Officers, District and Zonal Coordinators, non-teaching staff of the CEO Office, Zonal Education Offices, and all schools under her jurisdiction, stating that her successful journey as DEPO Srinagar was made possible only because of their collective support and cooperation.

The non-teaching staff of CEO Srinagar warmly greeted Ms. Anjum Raja and extended their best wishes for her future endeavors in the higher responsibility at Pulwama.
