The current DFA has like-minded who are committed towards the game of football, and will do as much possible with the help of the State Government in bringing up the level of the game in Shimla district. The DFA is also fully aware of the need to promote the game of football in the district, which will be done by organizing camps and tournaments for every age group, so as to provide good exposure to players since a very young age, thereby providing good domestically trained players.
