ICE Shimla (Simla)

Overnight cycling trip tomorrow evening. Start at 4:00 P.M Roots chota Shimla. Cycle at night till about 7:30 . Carry and set up tents in khud neat waknaghat. Return Thursday afternoon in time to vote. If you are interested, you must fulfill the following criteria
Humans only (unless in cooked form)
15+ in age
Bring your own cycle, helmet and torch, backpack, sleeping bag
Know how to do basic adjustments and repairs on your own bike
Send an sms with your name to confirm at 9816278002 (so that tents can be arranged).....

Lots of pain. Lots of gain. 30 riders with 27 unsupported finishers. Congrats to all. A big thanks to the men at the eco task force, the volunteers from stokes memorial school, kaushal, shilu, amit, rishi bhai and everyone else who lent a helping hand.

Results for the Shimla Urban Trail Challenge.

30 riders attended. Team B***e b***e was sadly missing. Ride went to Cecil - Nabha - Phagli - Tuti kandi zoo - Kyar - Sankat Mochan - New court complex - Boileauganj - Institute of advanced studies.

First in the competitive section was Saatvik Sharma, picking up his second first position place.

Second (only six seconds behind) was Abhimanyu Sharma . He lost his second position on the first ride due to a calculation error on the first ride 2012.

Third was Kaushal Kumar who started in the last row but gave the leaders a good chase.

Well done to all the riders who completed the ride and many of our junior members who seem to be growing in confidence and skill and are getting ready to challenge the senior riders
