Let’s put your favourite foods to the test. 👀
We ranked some popular foods into A, B, C, D & E tiers based on how supportive they can be for your overall health, energy, and wellness. 🌿
But remember: one food doesn’t make or break your health. Your overall eating pattern, portions, lifestyle, movement, sleep, and consistency matter more.
So… did your favourite food make it to the A-Tier? 👇

Chakrasana has been one of my absolute favorite poses since I was very young. 💫
When I teach, I always tell my students: don’t shy away from it just because it feels difficult or out of reach—whether that’s a standing dropback or simply lifting off the mat.
Attempt it anyway. Your body and muscles build the strength and openness each time you try. It might not happen tomorrow, next week, or next month. But show up consistently, and in six months or a year, you will surprise yourself.
Save this as a reminder to trust your timeline. What’s one pose you’re working on right now? 👇

Being “advanced” at yoga has very little to do with handstands and full splits. It’s all about the mindset, the breath, and how you treat yourself on and off the mat. ✨

Remember walking into your first ever yoga class? If you could tell a beginner one thing, what would it be ?👇
I’d probably say: “Your left and right will switch places, your knees will pop, and yes - Downward Dog is supposed to feel that hard at first!” 😂
We tend to overcomplicate starting yoga, but the mat doesn’t check your flexibility, your clothes, or your balance before you begin. You just have to show up.

Strength looks different on everyone. ✨
For some, it’s holding a pose.
For others, it’s finding the courage to try.
A little shaky, a lot of laughter, and so much progress - that’s what made this workshop special. 🤍
So grateful for everyone who showed up, trusted the process, and cheered each other on. 🧘♀️✨
Love from our Arm Balancing Workshop - Part 2 💫
Thank you for making the mat a space to learn, grow & believe in yourself.
For everybody & every body. 🌿
Period cramps. Back pain. Tight hips. Been there? 🧘♀️
Here’s another quick guide to yoga poses that can support some of the most common everyday challenges:
✨ Period Cramps → Supta Baddha Konasana
✨ Lower Back Pain → Cat-Cow (Marjariasana) or Ardha Pawanmuktasana
✨ Poor Blood Circulation → Sarvangasana or Viparita Karani
✨ Hip Tightness → Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)
✨ Tight Hamstrings → Padahastasana
✨ Frozen Shoulder → Gomukhasana
✨ Sciatica → Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose)
✨ Core Strength → Plank Pose
⚠️ A gentle reminder: Yoga isn’t a magic cure, and one pose won’t instantly solve every problem. The right practice depends on your body, your condition, and your overall health. Yoga works best when it’s practiced consistently and mindfully, alongside appropriate medical care whenever needed.
Small movements practiced regularly can make a big difference. Every stretch, every breath, and every mindful moment helps your body become stronger, more mobile, and more resilient. 🤍

People call it ‘boring’ until they realize what happens when you take away the distractions.
On the mat, there’s no place to hide. No scrolling, no running, no noise. Just your breath, your mind, and the work you choose to do on yourself.
It’s not boring - it’s intense. It’s transformative. It’s raw.

Stress. Anxiety. Poor sleep. Low energy. Sound familiar? 🧘♀️
Here's a quick guide to yoga poses that can support these everyday challenges:
✨ Stress → Balasana
✨ Overthinking → Paschimottanasana
✨ Low Energy → Surya Namaskaram
✨ Anxiety → Viparita Karani
✨ Bloating → Pavanamuktasana
✨ Poor Sleep → Legs Up the Wall / Viparita Karani
✨ Fatigue → Savasana
✨ Poor Digestion → Vajrasana
⚠️ Important reminder: Every yoga pose does not magically solve the problem. Yoga is not a replacement for medical care or professional support. These practices can help support your body, calm your mind, improve awareness, and create better habits over time.
Sometimes the goal is not to “fix” yourself in one session. It’s to give your body a little more support, a little more breath, and a little more balance 🤍
