This time next week I'll be wandering along the banks of the river Ganga in Rishikesh.

I booked this trip over a year ago when I'd just started yoga teacher training with , its felt so far off and now its nearly upon us.

Everyone always asks if I am excited, but to be honest I mostly feel stressed and a bit anxious leading up to a big trip, right up until I'm at the airport, when its too late to worry and the excitement gets through!

That's just me though 😅 , and Suni have already gone above and beyond to make sure all the details are in place for a wonderful trip!
