India Reaches Semifinals in Sepaktakraw Quad Event at AICHI–NAGOYA 2026 Test Event

January 31, 2026 : India marched into the semifinals of the Sepaktakraw Quad Event at the AICHI–NAGOYA 2026 Games Test Event in Nagoya, Japan, after delivering confident performances against Malaysia and Korea.

The Indian side edged past Malaysia 2–1, winning the first set 15–12 before dropping the second 10–15 and bouncing back strongly to clinch the decider 15–10. India then followed up with a straight-set 2–0 victory over Korea, taking the sets 15–10 and 15–12. With these results, India booked a semifinal clash against Thailand, scheduled for tomorrow morning at 5.30 a.m. IST.
