Through yoga, breathing exercises, games and mindful activities, I help children build confidence, emotional awareness, focus and resilience in a way that feels fun and natural.

Yoga myths that need to retire in 2026.
Myth 1: “ If you are shaking in a pose, you are weak.”
Actually… Shaking usually means your muscles are Working.
Your body is trying to build strength, stability and control in a completely new way.
Myth 2: “ If a class leaves you tired and exhausted, it was a good class.”
Best yoga class is the one that makes you feel lighter, happier and more connected to yourself.
A good class should energise your body… not punish it.
Myth 3: “ Doing hard poses means you are progressing.”
Sometimes choosing a Child’s pose is the advanced practice.
Myth 4: “ Yoga people are always calm”
Please doing yoga at 6:00 am, still get overwhelmed at 9:00 am.
Yoga doesn’t turn you into a robot with zero emotions.
