700 DAYS OF FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE.

WHY IS THE GOA GOVERNMENT SILENT?

As most of you know today, we planned a peaceful protest outside Riva Beach Resort.

The response?

Absolute silence for permission.

No response given from the Goa Police or North Goa Collector

Which was expected as no actions taken on the criminal FIR also on Sachin Naik yet.

Even when the JMFC rejected the police closure report and ordered a re-investigation

and to file a report within 30 days.

no report is filed yet

This makes me ask some very serious questions:

Is Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and his PA Ambarish Mahale

actively protecting Riva Beach Resort?

If not, how Riva Beach Resort built illegally on a CRZ property (as per the NGT order)

and allowed to operate with over ₹100 CRORE in bank loans?

Why is there zero action when serious national security questions are raised regarding the second wife of Sachin Naik who’s a foreign national and blacklisted “Grade A” to enter India for a lifetime by the MHA

and a UAPA case on her by the NIA.

Our question is simple and direct:

Is Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and his PA Ambarish Mahale

actively supporting and shielding Riva Beach Resort

with links to national security threats?

Now we want to ask the people of Goa and India:

Why do you think the authorities are turning a blind eye? Who is really benefiting from this silence?
