Steering Assembly

Steering Wheel + Sparco Removable Hub + Steering Rod + UV Joint + Steering Rack + Tie Rod + Ball Joints

Steering Assembly (Bolt-On System)
-Steering Wheel → Mounted on a SPARCO quick-release steering hub for easy removal and installation.
-Quick-Release Hub → Connected to the steering rod, providing direct input transmission.
-Steering Rod → Linked to a universal joint (U-joint), allowing angular flexibility between the driver input and steering rack.
-U-Joint → Transfers motion to the steering rack.
-Steering Rack → Houses the mechanism to translate rotational motion into lateral motion.
-Tie Rods with Ball Joints → Connect the rack to the knuckle hub assembly, ensuring smooth wheel articulation.

Recommended -
master cylinder bore size
12.7 mm (1/2 inch) gives a good lever feel for a single 34 mm piston.

11 mm provides a softer lever with more travel.

14 mm gives a firmer lever with shorter travel - is generally used only if a very firm pedal or lever is desired.
