HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Performance Training
This is an elite functional fitness program that fuses intense cardiovascular conditioning with explosive, high-resistance power movements. Utilizing dynamic exercises like the Skierg, rowing, burpees, broad jumps, farmer’s carries, sandbag training, squats, lunges, and slam balls etc this program is designed to test your full-body muscular endurance and sustained power output rather than just maximum heavy lifting. The workout structure shares striking similarities with the high-octane HYROX race format.
