When Lopamudra first joined PSD’s Community Sports Program, she rarely participated in group activities and often hesitated to express herself. Today, she speaks with confidence, works alongside her peers, and dreams of becoming a doctor. Her journey is a reminder that when young people are given safe spaces to play, learn, and lead, they discover strengths they never knew they had.

Our recent Community Cricket Program (CCP) Parents’ Meeting brought parents together to discuss child rights, reflect on changing childhood experiences, and strengthen the role of parents in creating safe, supportive environments for young people. Through interactive discussions, fun activities, and open feedback, we continue to build a community where children can learn, play, and thrive.

A powerful week of learning and growth in Ajmer, Rajasthan! ⚽

The PSD team joined hands with MJAS to conduct a 5-day Sports for Development (S4D) Leadership Workshop and Football Skills Training for 30 girls aged 11–19.

Through interactive sessions and on-field practice, participants strengthened their leadership, communication, teamwork, and football skills. The workshop also covered coaching basics, child safeguarding, first aid, session planning, and physical fitness, helping the girls build confidence both on and off the field.

On 3rd July 2026, colleagues from Martha Farrell Foundation (MFF), PRIA India, and Pro Sport Development (PSD) came together for our annual Participatory Lunch.

From preparing and sharing a delicious meal to playing games and spending time together, the day was filled with teamwork, laughter, and meaningful conversations. More than just a shared lunch, it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships and celebrate the spirit of collaboration that brings our teams together.
