Don’t race the altitude. Acclimatize to it. 🏔️
Above 3,000 m, your body needs time to adapt to lower oxygen levels. Keep your sleeping-altitude gain gradual, add acclimatization nights, and give your body the time it needs to adjust.
A safer climb is a smarter climb.
