Things are not always picture perfect.

I have not been posting much lately.

Not because I have nothing to say, but because being real matters more to me and showing up with transparancy matters to me more and more…

Sometimes social media feels like two extremes: the perfect life or the perfectly presented struggle.

I do not want either.

I have been back in Hungary for a little over a month, and I already feel the strong itch to leave… that’s my usual pattern - can’t wait to come home and then can’t wait to leave

I miss the sea.
I miss the Rocks, the Sand…
I miss the spaciousness I feel near the water.

At the same time, part of me wants to stay close to my roots, build my work here and create a life where freedom does not always require leaving.

I do not have a polished conclusion.

I am living it with all its beauty and challanges.. and all in between.
I am living my own transformation.

And this is why I trust myself to guide other women through theirs.

Not because my life is perfect, but because I know how to stay with myself when things are uncertain, uncomfortable and unresolved.

I am choosing less performance, less strategy and more truth.

We do not need more perfect people.

We need more real people who have walked through fire and learned not to abandon themselves there.

My private 1:1 mentorship is the only individual mentorship work I am offering this year.

I currently have two spaces available, with 30% off until the end of summer.

If you are moving through a transition and want to return to yourself, your body and the life that feels true to you, send me a private message with the word RETURN.

Do not make your next move from exhaustion, overwhelm or survival mode.

Whether you work in the corporate world or run your own business, your next decision should not come from frustration, depletion or a nervous system that has been under pressure for too long.

For nearly 20 years, I worked in visual merchandising & marketing across different countries, companies and corporate cultures.

I know what it feels like to adapt, navigate expectations and politics, and still try to remain connected to who you are.

Sometimes it is not only about doing too much.

Sometimes it is about doing too much of what does not feel like yours.

Staying in environments, roles or ways of working that keep you in constant inner resistance can be deeply exhausting.

And from that place, it is easy to make your next move from urgency.

To escape.
To force change.
To burn everything down.

But the most powerful decisions come from a more regulated and anchored place.

From clarity.
From stability.
From knowing who you are and what is right for you.

Sometimes that means leaving.

Sometimes it means staying, but changing how you participate, where you place your energy and what you are no longer available for.

This is the heart of my three-month mentorship, RETURNING.

I am opening space for two private clients who want to reconnect with themselves and create their next step from strength, not survival.

Do not build your next chapter from the part of you that is exhausted from fighting.

That decision will take you deeper into exhaustion and living a life where you constantly experience hardship and having to fight.

Send me a DM if this speaks to you.

There is something I’m truly proud of.

Not my career.
Not the countries I’ve lived in.
Not even the fact that I’ve had the courage to start over, again and again.

What I’m most proud of is that I never stopped listening to that quiet inner voice that always knew the way.

It would have been much easier not to.

Today, I know that intuition isn’t something mystical.

It’s the wisdom of the body.

Looking back, I’ve noticed that the biggest turning points in my life—loss, grief, time spent in nature, moments when life slowed me down—have always made that inner compass crystal clear.

And this is exactly what I see in the women I work with.

The problem isn’t that they aren’t strong enough.

It’s that they’re carrying too much.

Too many roles.
Too many expectations.
Too many decisions.

So we move into our minds.

We analyse.
We overthink.
We try to control.

But our deepest answers don’t live there.

They live in the body.

Every time I trusted my inner compass, I came closer to the woman I truly am.

And I believe that’s how we find ourselves not by thinking harder, but by reconnecting with our bodies, our truth, and our inner wisdom.

🤍 I’m opening 3 spaces to work 1:1 with three women who feel ready for a deep transformation.

The shortest journey we can take together is 3 months, because meaningful transformation isn’t created overnight.

If something in this post speaks to you, send me a message. I’d love to hear your story.

A woman can be deeply accomplished and still feel emotionally unsafe inside her own life.

I think we speak far too little about this.

Many women have become extraordinarily good at functioning while disconnected from themselves.

They know how to lead, achieve, support others, carry responsibility, and keep everything moving.

Yet internally they are anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, numb, or quietly questioning why a life that looks good on paper doesn’t actually feel good to live.

Not because they are failing.

Not because they are weak.

But because achievement and nervous system safety are not the same thing.

For years, many of us have learned to override our needs, suppress our emotions, push through exhaustion, and keep performing.

Until one day the body begins to speak louder.

Through burnout.
Through fatigue.
Through emotional reactivity.
Through insomnia.
Through the loss of joy, desire, and connection.

And often that is the moment we realize we cannot continue living from survival.

This is why healing is not simply emotional.

It is physiological.

The nervous system must learn that it is safe to soften.
Safe to rest.
Safe to express.
Safe to be seen.
Safe to take up space.
Safe to be ourselves.

And from there, something beautiful begins to happen.

Women reconnect with their voice, their vitality, their creativity, their desires, their truth, and their direction.

They stop living from old survival patterns and begin living from embodiment.

This is exactly why I created The Becoming.

A 6-month group mentorship for women in transition who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start creating a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Because lasting transformation doesn’t happen through understanding alone.

It happens when new experiences are repeated often enough that the body begins to believe them too.

The Becoming begins 16 July.

If something in this resonates, send me a DM with the word BECOMING and I’ll share more details.

Big love

I know this because I lived it.

From the outside, my life looked successful.

I built a career.
Travelled the world.
Led teams.
Supported others.
Kept moving forward.

Yet there were periods when I felt completely disconnected from myself.

Not depressed.

Not broken.

Just disconnected.

Disconnected from what I truly wanted.
Disconnected from my body’s wisdom.
Disconnected from the joy, softness and aliveness that make life worth living.

And I’ve learned that many women live here.

Not in crisis.

But in quiet disconnection.

Years of being strong.
Years of carrying everything.
Years of doing what was expected instead of what felt true.

Until one day you realise:

You no longer know what you feel.

The problem is not that you feel too much.

The deeper pain is that you can barely feel yourself at all.

And when a woman loses connection with herself, everything shrinks.

Her relationships.
Her visibility.
Her business.
Her income.
Her capacity to dream bigger.

Because when you stop trusting yourself, you start living smaller than you were meant to.

This is why I created The Becoming.

A 6-month transformational journey where we rewrite identity through the body, emotional healing, nervous system regulation and self-expression so you stop limiting yourself and start becoming the Woman you are akways meant to be.
SHE IS WAITING.

Not through forcing.

Not through performing.

But by becoming the woman who finally feels safe enough to fully live.

Something extraordinary happens when a woman stops trying to fix herself and starts becoming herself.

That’s what The Becoming is about.

A 6-month journey where we rewrite identity from the body, emotional and mental levels, so you can finally create a life, relationships, work, abundance and self-expression that feel aligned with who you truly are.

And because I know how powerful support is during a transition, I’ve created something special.

✨ Until June 14th, every woman who joins The Becoming receives a monthly 1:1 private mentorship session with me alongside the group journey.

Not just the program.

My eyes.
My guidance.
My support.
My presence.

This is the most intimate and supported version of The Becoming I have offered.

That’s why I’m going LIVE every day from today until Sunday.

Come ask me anything.

About the program.
About identity shifts.
About nervous system regulation.
About confidence.
About relationships.
About purpose.
About creating your next chapter.

You can even come live with me.

And if you’ve been feeling the pull…

Don’t make the decision from the woman who is afraid.

Make it from the woman you are becoming.

The woman who already knows there is more available for her.

Five months ago, my father passed away.

And if I’m honest, there is still a part of me that hasn’t fully caught up.

I’m currently in the Caribbean, preparing to go home to Hungary for the summer.

Yet somewhere inside, I still feel like I’m going home for winter.

And my father is still there.

I know he isn’t… which brings tears into my eyes. i miss him

But grief doesn’t always follow logic.

Sometimes it lives in the spaces between what we know and what our hearts are still learning.

Over the past months, I’ve been reflecting deeply on life.

On time.

On what truly matters.

On the lives we build and the lives we long for.

For more than twenty years, I built a career in the international fashion industry that I genuinely loved.

The creativity.
The travel.
The opportunities.
The people.

Alongside it, another path slowly emerged through embodiment, yoga, psychology and understanding what helps us feel truly alive.

Looking back, I realise that the biggest transitions in my life didn’t begin because I had a plan.

They began because life asked a question I could no longer ignore.

Sometimes that question comes through burnout.

Sometimes through a relationship ending.

Sometimes through a career that no longer fits.

And sometimes through loss.

The kind of loss that reminds you that life is precious.
That time is not unlimited.
That postponing what matters comes at a cost.

Many of the women I work with are standing at a similar threshold.

From the outside, their lives often look fine.

But inside, something feels deeply out of alignment.

They are no longer questioning because they are failing.

They are questioning because the life they are living no longer reflects who they are becoming.

Perhaps that is what transitions really are.

Not a sign that something is wrong with us.

But an invitation to become more honest about what matters.

Perhaps this is what The Becoming - also my 6month group program - is really about.

Not fixing yourself.

Not becoming someone else.

But creating enough space to listen to what life is asking of you now.

And having the courage to meet the woman who is emerging on the other side.

Big love,
Eme
